Let’s Zero Waste Party!

Celebrating small and large achievements is motivating. Sharing success is inspiring. That's why we invite friends, family, colleagues and children to a party on the 30th of April at the Mission Control Centre.

We celebrate what we have achieved, look ahead, kickstart a crowdfunding and share no-waste snacks from Stichting Met Elkaar.

The party

On monday April 30^thwe’ll open our doors from 17:30 to 20:00. We invite young and old to join our expedition and the icy world of Antarctica. We offer a great opportunity to get acquainted with the Solar Voyager, our future goals and the people behind Clean2Antarctica. Are you sure you’re coming? Please let us know via Facebook or mail. If you decide on Monday, you’re welcome too.

No-waste food

Of course there are snacks in style: no-waste! The no-waste catering will be prepared in the kitchen of foundation ‘Stichting Met Elkaar’. In the cooking studio 'Koken, eten & daten' in Westzaan there are no obstacles, everyone can join for a cooking workshop or a delicious meal. Adjustable countertops, barrier-free space and a wheelchair-accessible toilet make this possible. The dedication to sustainability shows itself through the use of induction. The use of non-sold foods – preferably as a whole – contributes to the fight against waste. The chefs of the foundation inspire and nourish us!

Crowdfunding

The party is also the kickoff of a crowdfunding via SublimeDoing of radiostation SublimeFM. In May, the radio will focus on the activities of Clean2Antarctica. For listeners there is the possibility to donate large and small amounts. Tune in!
